From "Black Member Events in 2012" location map looks like Latvian capital city Riga somehow moved it's location to Lithuanian city Palanga ! Otherwise. Great news!#2

@8: The answer is yes:)@9: Cologne was cancelled afaik due to a lack of registrations. Not sure about Berlin, will find out.
